Concordia Community Clinic

Concordia Community Clinic is a family practice medical clinic with several doctors and staff having over 20+ years of experience. Several of our doctors currently do hospital care and see patients at local nursing homes. This has been very beneficial for many of our patients who have been treated at the hospital and/or move on to require long term care placement. These patients are able to continue to have their family physician care for them for all medical needs.

We are a full-service medical clinic with 7 friendly and highly experienced physicians. Several minor procedures can be done in the office by a majority of our doctors. Our front desk staff have been with the clinic for over 20+ years and are very friendly and welcoming.
